FOR LEARNERS AND TEACHERS

Using these materials

Last updated: November 5, 2026

You are welcome to use Conversations with Brando for personal study and to teach your own students. The permissions below apply to original lesson material and recordings controlled by Conversations with Brando, unless a specific item states different terms.

You are welcome to

  • Read and use the lessons for your own English practice.
  • Use the lessons in your own classroom, online, group, or one-on-one teaching, including lessons your students pay for.
  • Print lesson copies for your own students, or share copies privately with those students for their learning.
  • Play Brando’s published recordings from this website during your lessons.
  • Share links to this website so other learners and teachers can find the original materials.

Please keep the lesson credit and source link when making copies. For example: Conversations with Brando — conversationswithbrando.com. Keep any image credits and separate licence notices too.

Please ask first

Written permission is required to sell or resell the lesson materials, package them into a product, republish or upload them to another public website or platform, redistribute a collection, or reuse Brando’s recordings in another product or service. This includes publicly distributing adapted versions where permission is otherwise required.

Charging for your own teaching is allowed; selling the materials themselves is a separate use. Private copies for the students you teach are allowed as described above. Please do not present the original materials as your own work or imply an endorsement by Brando.

For permission requests, email conversationswithbrando@gmail.com with the lesson link and a short explanation of how you would like to use it.

Images and other third-party content

Photographs, linked source articles, embedded media, and other third-party works retain their own ownership and licence terms. This page does not grant additional rights to those works. Check the credit and original source before copying, changing, or redistributing them; extra attribution or other conditions may apply.

If a specific item has its own licence or permission notice, follow that notice. Nothing here limits rights already granted under another applicable licence, material in the public domain, or uses permitted by copyright exceptions such as fair use or fair dealing.

Questions or corrections?

If you are unsure whether a use is covered, or believe material needs a credit correction, email conversationswithbrando@gmail.com. Include the relevant page link so Brando can review it.
